Agnieszka (Aga) Podzielińska

Navigating your world when life feels heavy

Welcome. I’m Aga. Life often takes us on unexpected journeys—whether navigating parenthood, building a life in a new country, or helping your teenager handle big emotions. Sometimes the way forward isn't clear, and you just need a safe space to stop, talk, and figure out your next step.

As an integrative therapist with an international background as a teacher and volunteer, I truly understand what it means to be a migrant. I know the courage it takes to adapt to a new culture and find where you belong. Together, we will create a grounded environment tailored to your unique story.

About Me

I support teenagers, parents, and adults navigating parenthood, major life transitions, or feeling lost. In our initial sessions, we'll gently untangle what's happening and create a plan to help you feel grounded again. I offer sessions in both English and Polish.

Having experienced migration and personal transitions myself, I bring deep cultural empathy to my therapeutic work.

A Note Just for You (If you are a teenager reading this):

"In my room, you get to be exactly who you are. This is a confidential, safe space where you can talk about anything on your mind without any fear of being judged. Together, we will look inside, explore the things that matter to you, and I will support you in discovering who you really are and who you want to become."

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Combining different modalities allows us to tailor the therapy to your personal story, needs, and pace.

Psychodynamic

When you are ready: Gently exploring deeper relationship patterns and past experiences to help understand current feelings.
